At Cats Ace, we’re excited to bring purr-fect cat-themed products right to your doorstep! We work with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand service, to produce and ship your orders with care. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details:

🕒 Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Once you place your order, our Printify partners get to work! Processing times typically take 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and current order volume.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times

We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimums required!

🐾 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

• Economy Shipping: Fully tracked and cost-effective. Delivery in 4–8 business days after processing.

• Standard Shipping: Faster delivery in 2–5 business days (for most Print Providers) after processing.

🌍 International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally at this time.

📬 Lost or Returned Orders
